Before we meet
Have details of your current medicines, supplements and ongoing treatment available to discuss. It can help to write down your main concerns and questions beforehand.
Your consultation provides space to discuss your existing care, everyday habits and what you would like to work towards.
Payment is required prior to the consultation, via direct bank transfer. Alternatively, cash will be accepted on the day.
